This project was a quick edit of four videos for GivingTuesday, the nonprofit that promotes the Giving Tuesday movement. It felt great to be helping people get excited about donating their time and money to causes of their own choosing. This year, online and offline donations totaled nearly $2 billion in the US alone. GivingTuesday published the first video shown to social media and 11 hours after posting it had reached 4.2k pairs of eyes.

The project was produced by Imagination Creations (hat tip to awesome Ari Grunzeweig), and the GT organization requested three videos which I made in two days—the full length version in which I was to use most of the clips, a short version and a kids’ version. A fourth was requested the day after these were posted: a “thank you” video for those who participated. With this last edit, from the time I received the first of the user-submitted clips, I took 3.5 hours to deliver the finished video.
